**Job Summary**

Our Retail Experience Team Members have the privilege of delivering World Class Customer Experience to Retail stores and contractors and do it yourself Customers who shop at Retail outlets across North America.

Retail Experience Team Members are excellent listeners, problem solvers and have an unquenchable thirst for learning and continued improvement. Team members will be responsible for a given geographic area and daily activities include:

* Have fun, learn every day and delight Customers!

* Inbound and outbound calls to Retail centers

* Inbound and outbound calls to Retail centers contractors and do-it-yourself (DIY) Customers

* Order processing including order entry, order follow-up, invoicing and returns

* Utilization of Salesforce.com & JDE Edwards to service Customers

* Provide World Class support to Customers including answering questions, delivering technical recommendations and facilitating marketing collateral

Retail Experience Team Members will be based in one of our corporate offices and will report into a Retail Experience Team Manager.
