Light Tree Ventures (LTV) works with brands from all over the world. We develop custom light therapy devices that are being sold online and offline (in Sephora e.g.). This development is often a R&D sprint, designing a prototype and getting it ready for production. A fast and creative process, realizing the next generation product for a brand. LTV also owns several brands for which we develop our own innovative light therapy products.
In our USA team we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Representative.
So, what will you do exactly?
Job description
As a Sales Representative person you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales, account management and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure long-term profitability. Your focus will be on our Private and White label business.
While reporting to the CEO, you are responsible for collecting feedback, visit customers, pitch our products as well as attending trade shows. You are responsible for ensuring the pipeline, work with our funnel management tool and analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, market, competition, trends and revenue target.
Your main tasks will include:
Sales, sales, sales
Acquiring new customers
Making offers and quotes for existing customers
Creativity in sales and meetings
Pre-marketing activities to create brand awareness
Collaborating in a pro-active way with existing and new customers to improve sales results
Ensuring the pipeline
Customer satisfaction
Travel international for tradeshows and customer visits
Meet your sales target
Your skillset should include:
You have affinity for technology and product development
Knowledge and interest in the beauty, sport/health, and medical industry
Proven experience in sales in the field of beauty, sport, medical.
A completed higher professional education with relevant work experience
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales position
You are entrepreneurial and a good negotiator with insight and analytical skills
Flexible and positive attitude, ambitious and willing to learn
You like to think with the customer and have a high problem-solving capacity
You work precise, you re social and stress resistant
You have good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
You are conscientious and well organized
Ability to work in an international team and independently
Willing to travel for work frequently
