JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for CyberREN Database Administration. Responsibilities include working with end-users, vendors and internal Information Services technical staff supporting business/clinical processes, and facilitating cohesive integration of software applications from vendors or internally developed information systems with business and clinical operations. Ensure security and protection of database assests and serve as a key resource on the technical team requiring a working knowledge of multiple software systems in use in Renal Services and the interrelationships among these systems. This position is also responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing all biomedical equipment in Renal Services. Must be skilled in public relations, communications and problem solving techniques.

EDUCATION:

Associates degree in database administration, computer networking, application management, electronic engineering, equivalent military experience, or demonstrated ability with 3 or more years' experience required.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated ability with relational database administration, virtualization, software support, application analysis, customer service, and the repair of sophisticated microprocessor based equipment.
