**We are looking for an energetic & detail-oriented individual at our John Young Parkway location in Orlando.**
**Monday through Fridays 9AM to 6PM...NO WEEKENDS!**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone**
* **Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties**
* **Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries**
* **Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise**
* **Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying**
* **Maintain office supplies for specific location**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* **Excellent communication and organizational skills**
* **Experience using Microsoft Office suite**
* **Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously**
* **Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check**
