Job Description:
As a Financial Management Accountant, you will play a key role in overseeing financial processes and maintaining accurate accounting records. Your expertise will contribute to the effective financial management of the organization.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor financial performance, and provide insights for budget decisions.
* Account Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
* Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience as a financial accountant.
* Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in financial accounting software.
* CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
