Description
Vincennes University hires adjunct faculty each semester on an as-needed basis. The College of Science and Mathematics is accepting applications for adjunct instructors for courses in:
Biological Sciences
Mathematics
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Biological Sciences: Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Biology; or Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Biology related coursework.
Mathematics: Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Mathematics; or Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Mathematics-related coursework. For developmental courses a Master's degree in education or Bachelor's degree in Math Education is required.
While part-time employees are not eligible for the University's benefit plan, there are certain required taxes that will be deducted from part-time employees' pay in order for the University to remain compliant with state and federal laws.
