Business Banking Relationship Manager
The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a BEST-IN-CLASS Super-Community Bank to identify a Business Banking Relationship Manager for the Nashville, Tennessee Market. This is a brand new market for our client and critical hire! This bank is renown for it community involvement, culture and financial stability. Our firm has placed 10+ people with this bank and know for a FACT, it's a great place to work!
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- Credit Training
- Deep connectivity and extensive network in and around Nashville - MUST be able to source their own new loans and deposits and demonstrate a proven track record for new business development in the market
- Proven experience and track record sourcing C&I and CRE loans up to $1 million in size and with companies $5 million in annual revenue and below
- 2+ years business banking experience in Nashville
