We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the commercial facilities and services for our portfolio of Carbon Health clinics and urgent care centers throughout the country. The position will focus on both the strategic and tactical levels for all Property and Facility Management, while simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, educator, solutions architect, and implementer. You'll have passion, in-depth knowledge and a financial focus of Property and Facility Management. + Provide first line of support to clinic operators for all property management issues (repair and maintenance and equipment)

+ Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the property, including physical condition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Primary point of contact for all landlord and Property Managers to ensure landlord responsibilities are met in accordance with the lease.

+ Creates and manages annual Facilities department budget

+ Partner with Director of Compliance to ensure the facility is compliant with state and federal regulations

+ Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting or real estate, or related field

+ Minimum 3-4+ years professional property management experience, with emphasis on building systems in a commercial, retail shopping center environment

+ Experience analyzing and interpreting detailed legal documents including; vendor contracts, leases, and financial reports.

+ Experience assessing budget-to-actual variances, verifying rent reconciliations, evaluating contractor bids to make sound, knowledge of commercial real estate markets, and interpretation of current trends.
