Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP!
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Napa County travel to 2 locations within
Salary: Range will be considered on experience level. $95,000 - $125,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment, including wastewater systems, compressors, HVAC, processing equipment, and forklifts.
- Provide technical expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing bottling line equipment.
- Obtain cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule objectives.
- Test and maintain process wastewater and freshwater systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for maintenance-related vendors.
- Research and evaluate new materials, systems, and equipment.
- Ensure efficient equipment utilization and regulatory compliance.
- Lead safety programs and develop emergency response plans.
- Assist at off-site winery facilities as needed.
- Assign duties, monitor work quality, and ensure adherence to regulations.
Requirements/Preferences
- 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience preferred.
- Must have leadership experience or has shown progression in your career.
- Expertise in winery-related systems and equipment.
- Wastewater experience a huge plus and borderline must have.
- Valid driver's license required, insurable under company policy.
