Bel is seeking enthusiastic, accountable people to join our manufacturing team in Little Chute, WI. At Bel, Safety is our number one priority. All team members act as safety leaders in all responsibilities. Team members support our operations by engaging in teamwork and continuously improving our business. This is an hourly position represented by Teamsters Local Union 662. Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 1st shift 6am 3pm, 2nd shift 2pm 11pm, 3rd shift 10pm 6am (dependent on department). Shift times are subject to change. Overtime may be required (Saturdays) with regular Sunday overtime for Sanitation department. * Responsible for receiving raw materials and entering into E-win.

* Responsible for entering materials through SAP and E-win.

* Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Uses effective approaches for choosing course of action and/or development of solutions.

* Knows how and when to apply technical skills or procedures and performs complex tasks in area of expertise.

* All other duties as assigned.

* Follows all safety rules and procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.

* Follows all environmental protocols as applicable to the job.

* Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy.

* Follow all food safety procedures.

* Maintains a sanitary and safe work area; performs housekeeping duties as necessary and/or required.

* Detects potentially hazardous conditions and problems and takes appropriate action to report and/or correct.

* High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

* Previous warehouse/forklift experience is preferred.

* Ability to pass the Bel Forklift Training Program.

* Knowledge of SAP and E-win systems preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal in English.

* Must be able to read, write, add, multiply and count.

Lifting 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
