A CI Poly will be required soon after starting this engagement.Work will be performed 100% onsite; multiple worksite options are available (not a traveling job): Bolling AFB (JBAB), DC; Reston, VA; Quantico, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Tampa, FL. Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration and test plans, and all relevant documentationDevelop risk management and mitigation strategyMaintain compliance with QA standards as well as ensuring service performance indicators are met or exceededExperience in reviewing mission related change requirements such as Requests for Change (RFCs) and approved Change Requests (CRQs) and determining impacts on transport activities across the enterprise while providing technical solutions and cost impactsExperience in complex telecommunications applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation, and analysisFocus will be on requirements analysis, development and implementationEngineer and implement solutions for projects based on customer CRQsServe as the technical representative for assigned projectsProvide recommendations on newly submitted actions itemsCoordinate issues with the appropriate owners/organizationsProvide concurrence on decisions or recommendations by assigned suspenseElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, scenarios, business analysis and test/workflow analysisWrite requirement specs according to standard templatesDecompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirementsRepresent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams)Perform requirement analysis and verification, ensuring requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and they conform to standardsManage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the review processIdentify requirement errors and defects, and write response statements to appropriate owners/organizationsSupport network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization efforts to ensure attainment of performance and availability objectivesEvaluate and report on new/emerging network/communication technologies to enhance capacity, performance and reliability of the networkEvaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization and industry best practicesFollows all customer network security processes and procedures, ensures compliance with all government policiesDevelop and maintain network architecture diagramsWe use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Free Busy for HR screen request scheduling.
