Role Description
This is a full-time for a Home Health Nurse at Advantage Health Systems. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the home setting. Responsibilities include nursing care, medicine administration, wound care, and patient care coordination. This role is primarily hiring in the San Diego, OC, Riverside and Palm Springs Area.
Qualifications
- Nursing and Patient Care skills
- Experience in home care and wound care
- Knowledge of medicine administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid nursing license and CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
