About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for Engineering team in the role of Landscaping/Groundskeeping An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!
What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?
- We're for looking for an experienced individual with landscaping/groundskeeping experience who has a genuine, caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
- An individual who while still maintaining a strong presence within the resort, let's their personality shine through and can be themselves.
- They feel empowered to make the best decisions for the guest that are ethical and within policy to create an experience and truly connect with them.
- They lead with inspiration supporting and encouraging their fellow employees so that they can achieve success together.
- You have the physical ability to work outside in all levels of environmental temperatures
- You have 2+ years of landscaping industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- The ability to lift, bend, carry and climb to complete jobs assigned
- You love working in a team environment and know that teamwork is key!
- Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays. This position is mostly 7 AM - 3:30 PM
What would my job responsibilities be?- This position provides general landscaping and maintenance to the resort grounds year around from weeds to snow shoveling/plowing.
- You will have an eye for all details and ensure what our guests see and cannot see is always a priority in your daily routine.
- You are a brave problem solver everyday. It may not be on your list of To Do's but you know it needs to be done and take initiative to complete it.
- You are part an amazing team and you are a committed team player. Doing the right thing for others as well as the resort.
