Fred Beans Ford of Langhorne is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly inspect every single car leaving our shop to ensure nothing is missing in terms of quality and functionality.
- Correct any missed items or issues identified during the inspection process to meet our standards of excellence.
- Perform detailed interior and exterior vehicle detailing to ensure each car meets our showroom-ready standards.
- Drive the vehicle out of the shop and conduct a second comprehensive inspection in daylight to ensure it is in optimal condition before delivery.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.

RequirementsQualifications: - Significant experience in vehicle inspection and detailing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even minor imperfections.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address issues efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
