**About the Role**
We're seeking a dedicated and highly motivated fashion intern to spearhead Concept Factory Atlantas new merchandise line roll out. The fashion intern will be responsible for a variety of duties including, but not limited to the selection and design of garments/pieces, the planning of the new merchandise line photo shoot in Atlanta, GA, formulating a marketing and promotions plan to promote the new line to customers, and assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the ideation and execution of the new merchandise line.
[Job Responsibilities]
Participate in concept development and designing of all garments and pieces, including the selection of colors, materials, and variations.
Assist CEO in the nurturing and building of relationships with photographer(s), models, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of the merchandise line photo shoot in Atlanta, GA.
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise.
Assist CEO in ensuring all designed garments/pieces have mockups and are successfully uploaded to eCommerce website.
Develop and execute a detailed marketing plan for the new merchandise line roll out and launch.
**Requirements**
* Exceptional leadership skills with a go-getter attitude.
* Proven success as an event planner, coordinator, and designer.
* Strong interpersonal, design, and communication skills
* Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships
* Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Have an eye for current fashion trends to spot potential sales winners
* Able to operate organizational and computer systems to input data
* Knowledgeable about social media marketing including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
* Have an understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing.
