OCALI seeks a Technical Project Manager to work directly with the Senior Director, Integrated Solutions and Project Management, managing organizational projects that involve the web development, web content management, graphic design, information technology, and video production teams, collectively referred to as Integrated Solutions Team (IST). Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Support senior leadership with communicating quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily project priorities through various project management software and communication channels.
  • Support senior leadership with tracking and analyzing time and activities on contracts and allocating the Integrated Solutions Team (IST) resources accordingly.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports for fiscal team invoicing.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, IST, and senior leadership to:
    • Shape and document a project's initial scope,
    • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders,
    • Test concepts, refine project requirements, and document changes to scope throughout execution,
    • Support content management to ensure readiness for the IST,
    • Monitor timelines and identify potential barriers to successful project completion,
    • Escalate issues to senior leadership as needed,
    • Evaluate possible solutions,
    • Coordinate and prepare progress updates and perform website demonstrations for stakeholders,
    • Document and prioritize feedback,
    • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as the Accessibility Support Team, as needed, and
    • Conduct quality assurance checks prior to and following project launch.
  • Write copy for online features as needed.
  • Triage ongoing "quick requests" that come from internal helpdesk,
  • Work with IST to provide online customer support and propose solutions to common issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-7 years experience in web project management.
  • Experience with web development processes/management.
  • Experience with website/document accessibility processes/management.
  • Experience with graphic design processes/management.
  • Experience with agile project management and related software.
  • Mac-savvy skills.
  • Proficiency with technical writing styles and documentation protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute creativity and innovation to projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicates effectively and is comfortable leading meetings.
