Express Service Associate Salary RangeExpress Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities- Build new relationships and membership through sales initiatives cross-sell opportunities and provide referrals to other areas of the credit union.
- Maintains a thorough and current knowledge of SCCU lending and deposit account promotions, criteria, guidelines, procedures, policies, and processes, in order to provide members with current information, and process loans and deposit accounts appropriately.
- Develops and analyzes reports in order to monitor performance, efficiency, and service levels against goals. Delivers required reporting to the Director of Retail Services in a timely manner.
Express Service Associate Qualifications- 1-3 Years of proven sales techniques required (financial products preferred)
- Ability to obtain CUNA Mutual licensing within the first eight weeks of initial employment. A CUNA Mutual license is required for this role. (Team members will be required to pay for the licensing and will be reimbursed with proof of receipt on the first paycheck after submittal)
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Prior banking/credit union experience is desired.
Express Service Associate Hours- Must be available M - F 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, and rotating Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
