Consilio is seeking an experienced IP/Marketing Attorney. Our client, an American fast-food restaurant franchise company, is hiring a lawyer to help resolve IP/Marketing legal issues.
Qualifications:
- Admitted and actively licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Ability to review marketing material to ensure the appropriate trademark protection is in place and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate sports and marketing contracts, including contracts with influencers, teams, athletes, musicians, and other celebrities
- In-house experience reviewing marketing collateral and negotiating sponsorship agreements
Consilio offers flexible talent placement rates that range from $23 to $200 per hour depending upon experience level and specific skills requested by the client, candidate s general skill set, applicability of candidate skill set to client need, client budget, number of hours requested, and other factors. The hourly rate range for this position is $80 to $100 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
