**Your web browser (Chrome 88) is out of date.** The Loyalist Market in Matthews, NC, is looking for a part-time Server / Server Assistant. The selected applicant will primarily have Server duties Wednesday and Thursday nights and Server Assistant duties Friday nights and all day Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**
* Greet all customers when they walk in the door ready to offer the best customer experience.
* Communicate daily with cheesemonger to understand which cheeses are at their peak.
* Taste cheeses/charcuterie, accoutrements, and wines to make perfect pairing suggestions for guests.
* Have working knowledge of retail products in stock.
* Ring up purchases at point-of-sale.
* Assist with taking inventory.
* Washing/drying of bar glasses, dishes, and utensils.
* Proper opening and closing duties of workstation.
* Help stock shelves with retail products.
Candidates must have prior experience in specialty food sales. Cheese/charcuterie, beer/wine, customer service is a plus.
