What s In It For You?
Top Performers earn an average of $65,000
Pay includes base salary and incentives based on collection rates and sales performance
No Sunday or late-night retail hours. Dealerships are open 9 am-6 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-4 pm Saturdays.
General Managers are awarded 3 Flex Days per month

The Specifics:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
2+ years of successful operations or leadership experience
A valid state driver s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
Proficient computer skills
