Our Company is renowned for providing emerging trends with speed to our customers and you will be instrumental in our ability to exceed their expectations.RESPONSIBILITIESReceive daily influx of TOP samples for apparel, accessories, shoes, and other products:Unpack and sort packagesScan each style into the databaseMonitor items received for vendor compliance, flagging as needed for chargebacks and vendor follow upSeparate no scans and prepare items for alternate handling proceduresHang all productsPrint and affix the Web Labels and the Styling Notes pageStage and prioritize samples for Buyer s approval throughout the dayCoordinate the TOP approval process with the Buying team to achieve the processing lead-time Provide daily updates on TOP status and prioritize TOP approvals for Fast-Track productsReview the TOP sample against the NetSuite style page, noting any discrepancies and pending testing reports not yet receivedWithin Shopify, enter fiber content, COO, and verify all other information is indicative of the product received - Providing timely follow up with buying team if discrepancies are noticed and resolve impedimentsLog TOP approvals|rejections on a timely basis, focusing on same-day service.Monitor on hold TOP status and discuss action plan with buying team, pushing for timely resolutionsMonitor rejected TOP status and provide timely follow up with vendors to retrieve new samples and the information needed for an approvalSupport the Buying|Product Development|Quality Control|Vendor Management team(s) to locate TOP samples when neededAssist in the TOP Library and sample archives as neededROLE REQUIREMENTSA minimum of one year of experience in Quality Control or other disciplines in the fashion industryProficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and other Internet applicationsProblem solving skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret dataAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace rapid changeAble to manage large volumes of samples that can weigh up to thirty poundsProfessionally effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread and correct inconsistenciesComprehension of apparel and accessory terminologyExceptional attention to detail and quality controlAbility to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload within a dynamic environmentHigh School Diploma|GEDEnglish, additional language(s) an advantageSchedule of this position: Monday Friday | Core business hours | OnsiteBENEFITSFormalized career pathsManager Training AcademyCreative Development Internship ProgramFashion Nova Cares ProgramFlexible Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibilityStocked kitchens with gratis snacks and drinksWeekly catered lunchesSummer Fridays at HeadquartersTeam bonding events and programsFashion Nova, LLC, and subsidiaries thereof, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
