We are seeking a Construction project manager for a project pertaining the Philadelphia School District. The construction manager will be working across various sites in the city of Philadelphia. Must be comfortable working any shift based on the needs of the client. They will be overseeing long-term mechanical and plumbing installations for various sites in Philadelphia.Key items the hiring manager is looking for- Someone who resides in Philly or close to it- Someone with experience renovating buildings with multiple rooms and a central hvac/boiler room set up. - Someone with experience in HVAC and/or plumbing who can oversee these operations and know if they are being done correctly- Osha 30 certified- Available to work different shifts as needed.
