Outside Sales Representative


Job Details

The Outside Sales professional will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the company s fencing, perimeter security, and other product lines within a an assigned territory. You will be making face to face sales calls with existing and potential customers, building long lasting business relationships, and finding new opportunities for growth. While the majority of the time will be spent in the field meeting with existing and potential customer, this position will require one or two days a week working from the branch office making outbound calls, creating quotes and orders, assisting customers, and completing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills with both small and large groups
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to support sales teams in new product expansion to meet company targets
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Creative problem solver with hands on engagement and solid business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively motivate and support the sales team
  • Effective strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage problems into solutions

Required Education and Experience:

  • Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Training
  • Related industry experience preferred
