Overview:
Home Smart Industries is hiring an Accounting Clerk to work directly alongside our HR Manager. Home Smart Industries is an award-winning Kohler home improvement company that specializes in bathroom replacements. As our Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining accounting databases to ensure payments and bills are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

What Youll Do:
- Serving as liaison between HSI executives and Renuity Accounting team to address ongoing requests, questions, etc.
- Job costing 1099 subcontractor labor/travel pay entry in LP
- 1099 subcontractor labor payroll processing: Receiving payout sheets and creating excel spreadsheet for approval
- Receiving/distributing month-end credit cards statements to cardholders and providing receipts and explanations to Renuity as requested
- Receiving, reviewing, and distributing bills and check requests to Renuity AP team
- Requesting, reviewing, and distributing appropriate documents to Renuity Accounting team for new vendor uploads
- Initiating installer training payments from Renuity Accounting Team
- Entering bills into Acumatica
- Distributing pay statements to 1099 subcontractors
- Other duties job duties assigned
- Office setting, sitting for long periods of time
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
