Role -Maintenance Forming Supervisor
Mission/Purpose - Plan and Execute preventive and predictive activities to avoid equipment shut downs. Lead MRT's to execute equipment fix in safely, quality manner. Give feedback to Engineering team on the daily breakdowns to improve job plans.
Essential Functions of Role
Proactively work to improve equipment uptimes and efficiencies
Supervise and assist maintenance personnel
Responsible for maintenance personnel performance evaluations and interviews
Oversee the procurement of equipment, repair parts and supplies
Develop and conduct training activities
Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures
Process employees Kronos records for weekly payroll
Additional responsibilities as required - this position is subject to change as the needs of the department change
Academics and Experience Requirements
Technical degree in a maintenance related field with knowledge of presses, mechanical, or Servpro or 7 years of experience working in maintenance with knowledge of presses, mechanical, or Servpro required
Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor or a maintenance group leader in a maintenance field required
Automotive Experience required
Proficient in Microsoft preferred
Knowledge/Experience on mechanical, hydraulics, blueprints, electrical, and PLCs required
