MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Plan and ensure the correct maintenance for each asset using different kind of maintenance as preventive, predictive and corrective. Schedule the orders ensuring the resources to complete it as spare parts, labor and production plan availability. Spare parts management working with the spare parts room clerk to ensure appropriate spare parts inventory; create and sustain a robust parts kitting process; prepare work order assignment, to include conversion of work request into work orders, scheduling work orders based on technician availability and qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations
- Schedule the work orders for the maintenance team
- Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure equipment is available for maintenance.
- Contact and coordinate suppliers visit to perform preventive, predictive, or corrective maintenance
- Support scheduling the preventive maintenance technicians to support external activities such as trials and engineering tests
- Schedule the maintenance repairs or improvements requested by other departments.
- Use CMMS or excel to plan and schedule the maintenance orders
- Follow up the preventive maintenance KPI
- Participate in Kaizen events.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- University Degree in Engineering
- Maintenance background as technician, supervisor, or planner and at least 1 year
- Project Management
- Proven team building, team management and motivational capabilities
- Strong technical communication skills and the ability to communicate with non-technical staff
- CMMS (E-maintenance From Fluke) Desirable
- Strong Excel
- Power BI as a plus
- Global mindset, commercial understanding of corporate and operational business issues
- Creative, innovative attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills with results oriented
- Excellent problem solving and technical decision-making abilities
- Well organized, dynamic, and able to multitask and change focus quickly when required.
