The QTI Group is assisting our client who is seeking to hire a full-time Order Picker to join their team! This well-established and growing company, leading in the manufacturing of drive technology for mechanical and electrical solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is the pulling of materials for the assembly teams and pulling finished products to paint. This is a **Direct Hire** role on the 2nd shift and operates from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am (OT 3:00 pm to 3:30 am) and offers a pay rate of **$19.50 per hour** and a great benefits package. Responsibilities:
Pull materials for the assembly teams, check work orders for accuracy
Visually inspect parts for quality
Pull finished product to paint and organize according to paint type and dates
Be an active participant in the companys suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings program
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead
Qualifications:
Familiarity with computers
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 10 to 12 hours per day
Must have reliable transportation to Waunakee
