Supervisor Food Services - Food and Nutrition Services *1.0/Evening* Missoula , Montana **Description:**
**Providence is calling a Supervisor Food Services (Food and Nutrition Services, Evening Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. **In this position you will have the following responsibilities:**
* Assist in patient food service, portioning and assembling food in accordance with menu and diet requirements and portion control
* Assure appropriate menu is followed and served in a neat and attractive arrangement according to physician orders.
* Assure production standards are followed, all food tastes good, is presented attractively and is portioned correctly
* Attend monthly management meetings and is responsible for relaying pertinent FNS issues to management
* Complete unit rounds and immediately follows up on issues to resolve cafeteria and patient issues
* Responsible for optimal merchandising of product and presentation
* Interact regularly with other members of the hospital staff to communicate to the Director the needs of the customers
**Qualifications:**

* 2 years supervisory experience
