Job Details
As a leading transportation company, we seek to hire a junior to mid-level Software Developer capable of contributing to our innovation initiative. You will have experience building enterprise-grade web applications and backend services in PHP, C#, EDI, and other versatile & robust platforms.
You will report to our Process & Development Manager as you design, develop, implement, document, test and maintain our internal and web-based applications. Upon analyzing systems, applications, user requirements, business objectives, software features and functionality, you will provide developmental feedback as it pertains to efficiency and productivity modeling.
Responsibilities

- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Participate in peer review of code.
- Conduct testing, debugging and problem solving to resolve technical problems that arise.

Requirements
- 3+ years of development experience in C#, .NET, SQL, PHP, or a combination of all.
- 2+ years of MS SQL, MongoDB and/or other relational database experience
- 2+ years of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Node.js, Angular)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of API development.

- EDI/X12 development experience
- Git, Postman, OpenShift, experience
- Exposure to Doctrine (or similar ORMs)
- Comfortable using automated testing suites such as PHPUnit, Cyprus, and/or Selenium
