Messiah Lifeways is an award-winning non-profit organization that provides a network of services for adults 55 and better in the Central Pennsylvania region.

**Job Title:** *Guest Services Concierge*
**Status:** *Part-Time*
**Shift:** *3:00 pm - 11:00 pm every other weekend*
**Salary Range:** *$15.00*
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to complete office duties or jobs as assigned.
* Operates computer, fax, and copy machines.
* Answers the telephone and directs calls as appropriate.
* Provides information, direction, and assistance to residents, visitors, and fellow team members.
* Responsible for urgent announcements throughout the building as appropriate.
* Enters information that is displayed on MVTV in Guest Services Coordinator's absence.
* Makes copies for residents, forwards mail, and payments to the Village Center.
* Manages guest room reservation and podiatrist appointment calendars in Guest Services Coordinator's absence.
* Responsible for entering resident gift card payments into the Point Of Sale system and sends resident's checks daily to Fiscal Services to be processed.
