We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant and bar. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.
  2. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
  3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  4. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee the delivery process to meet the demands of the establishment.
  5. Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  6. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop menus, set pricing, and ensure offerings align with customer preferences and business goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, liquor licensing laws, and workplace safety protocols.
  8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic, and enhance brand visibility.
  9. Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the restaurant and bar's reputation for excellence.
  10. Identify opportunities for business growth, such as expanding catering services, hosting events, or introducing new concepts, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but NOT REQUIRED).
