Cardinal Health has asked us to help identify two specialized Business Data Analysts to support several major initiatives within their Augmented Intelligence organization, specifically within the AI/ML capabilities. In Artificial Intelligence projects, the traditional Business Analyst morphs into more of a Data Analyst with the knack for story telling with data. In essence, they need someone who can work with business to understand the business problem, workflows, and dig into data to help with understanding the problem. You will be working alongside data viz, data scientist and data engineers to build and explain the model. They are an intersection of business analyst and data engineers. **Benefits and Perks**

The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience working as a Business & Data Analyst in Agile teams.
Experience in creating and managing a pipeline of work with the ability to establish a prioritization framework to manage work and capacity
Experience in Warehouse Managment Systems (Supply Chain Execution)
Hands on analytical tool skills preferred
Experience developing creative and innovative analytical insights with high business value
Preferred
Experience in Data Analytics
Experience in Advanced Analytics & ML/AL is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
