Summary:

Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Various administrative/secretarial/office/clerical duties
  • General office work consisting of document retention and processing.
  • Preparing and updating extensive Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide assistance by answering and routing phone calls, taking messages, and greeting/directing visitors to the appropriate staff.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Shipping and receiving mail

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ year(s) experience in an clerical administrative position
  • Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to see what needs to be accomplished (within their sphere of influence) and promptly takes the next actionable steps
  • Exceptional ethical principles and customer service skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to be an effective & positive team member and to display initiative
  • Previous Oil & Gas office experience is a plus

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9AM-5PM
