Job Details

We are assisting our client in their search for an Assistant Property Manager. This position is fully in office in the Scottsdale Area.


  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
  • Proactively address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance costs.
  • Assist with the marketing and leasing of vacant spaces.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
