**JOB DESCRIPTION**
? Full-time customer service rep position available, Monday - Friday
? Looking for customer focused, friendly, reliable, dedicated, detail-oriented applicant, able to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment with a positive attitude.
? Manage large amounts of incoming calls
? Responsibilities include frequent client interactions via phone and e-mail, order processing, order tracking, filing, data entry, problem solving and account set-up
? Computer literacy required
**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**
? Excellent writing and communication skills required
? Keyboarding proficiency
? Computer knowledge
? Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
? Phone experience
? Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
**BENEFITS**
? The position offers an hourly pay starting rate $15.00/hr DOE.
