Title: ECommerce Solution Architect

LTIMindtree is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with sound business insight and growth instincts to manage a portfolio of accounts in the Med Tech Segment in our Health Business Unit. ECommerce Solution Architect is accountable for growth, relationship strength and overall performance of the large Fortune Insurance account/s This role will be responsible for growing and expanding senior level client relationships, upselling within the account, managing teams across multiple geographies, customer satisfaction and the overall client relationship.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect
- Minimum 2 years of experience with managing requirements for IT Solutions
- Cloud based solution architecture experience. Preferably Google Cloud, Commerce Tools, etc.,
- Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs (REST, SOAP, and/or XML) preferred
- Is familiar with aspects of Application Support & Maintenance and Service Delivery.
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life-cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks
- Possesses up to date knowledge of significant areas of operational and/or development environments.
- Shows a thorough understanding of applicable project management and/or operational management standards and procedures including technical, quality, safety and financial matters across all areas of service delivery.
- Displays self-motivation to drive multiple solution options for stakeholders
- Can spot design related risk and high light in advance to drive business-driven IT solutions
- Demonstrates the ability to make, and take responsibility for, sound and far-reaching decisions on major complex requirements.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to multi-task and own the Technical Analyst on 3-5 Product team
Responsibilities and Functions:
- Proactively and holistically guide the Customer IT and Business team through collating and communicating transformation and optimization initiatives, enabled through strategies and roadmap developed in conjunction with the business. The scope of the activities includes helping the organization grow revenue, optimize costs and mitigate risks.
- Actively own and maintain an overall Enterprise Reference Architecture landscape of business capabilities, business process and both current and future applications, ideally using Enterprise Architecture tools and method.
- Anticipates customer needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
- Effective knowledge management, ability to enhance knowledge in all format.
- Drive values adds like Automation, tools development which benefits to the customer.
Education
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Pay Range:
Base Salary: $170000per annum to $200000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus.
