We are working with a trusted name in Houston's commercial window treatments industry specializing in providing high-quality finishing products to the Commercial Property and General Construction Industry. Our client's success has been built on a foundation of respect, honesty, and fairness within the window treatment industry.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Sales and Estimating Manager with interior experience to join our growing team. As the Quarterback of our operations, you will oversee estimators, ensuring accurate bids, and step in as needed for additional bids. You'll also be responsible for cultivating relationships with our existing client base, which primarily consists of General Contractors. Your role will involve working closely with our dedicated MechoSystems sales representative to seize opportunities within the design community.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight to estimators, ensuring precision in bid submissions.

Strategically review bid opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Monitor and manage the bid calendar, ensuring timely submissions.

Conduct sales activities focused on growing existing customer accounts, fostering relationships through personalized interactions.

Collaborate with the MechoSystems sales representative to explore potential projects and engage with potential clients.

Review and analyze sales metrics, setting goals for revenue growth.

Qualifications:


Prior experience in Commercial construction and Estimating is essential.

Technical expertise in reading plans and technical estimating.

Proven ability to work with finishing products such as window treatments, doors, millwork, etc.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
