Virginia iSpine Physicians PC, a well-established Interventional Spine/MSK practice in Central Virginia, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in September 2024.
Our Nurse Practitioner would be helping our patients reconnect with what is meaningful to them. We recently relocated to a brand new 7,500 square feet facility with an onsite physical therapy area and a fully-equipped procedure suite, complete with onsite anesthesia services. Our practice is actively involved in innovative spine research and training physicians how to practice responsible and cost-effective Interventional Spine Care. The staff at Virginia iSpine Physicians specialize in caring for patients with painful spine and musculoskeletal disorders and exercise a team-based approach to improve patient s level of function and quality of life.
Position Highlights:
Evaluation and management of clinic patients both collaboratively with Dr. DePalma and independently
Patient history and physical examinations
Prescribe therapies, DME, medications, and lab work
Ordering appropriate interventional treatments, diagnostic studies, and imaging tests
Very light weekday and weekend calls at times
No inpatient responsibilities
Qualifications:
Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner
Current Nurse Practitioner license
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
Experience in orthopedics or spine care
