Sands Anderson PC is expanding its Business Group and the firm is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates attorney with 4 or more years of experience to join our Durham, NC office. This is a unique career opportunity to work with one of our well-respected trusts and estate attorneys and be given direct responsibility for significant and complex matters with clients. Attorneys with experience providing guidance regarding wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and trusts & estates litigation, are preferred.
Job Requirements:
- 4 or more years' experience working with clients on complex trust and estate planning
- Must be meticulous with details and be able to both work effectively as part of a team, while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters involving direct client interaction.
- Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Current license to practice law in North Carolina is required
