**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Rate:** $20+/hour
**Type:** Night shift, full time, temp to hire
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure inventory accuracy by efficiently receiving, picking, transferring, and issuing products.
+ Meet established performance goals for order fulfillment.
+ Operate manual and powered equipment safely and effectively.
+ Load and unload products with efficiency and prioritize safety.
+ Conduct pre-shipment inspections to maintain product and packaging quality.
+ Verify order accuracy for outgoing shipments.
+ Perform additional warehouse duties as instructed.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Previous warehouse experience
+ Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage your workload, and meet deadlines.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
