Description
SUMMARY
Assists Sales Managers in administrative functions to support the everyday operation of the new car department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Perform Keytrak administrative functions.
- Run overnight "keys out report" and turn it into GSM each morning.
- Attach and register new keys in Keytrak.
- Maintain inventory keys/plates.
- Sell vehicles in Keytrak as they are sold from inventory.
- Process dealer trade paperwork.
- Check vehicles in and inspect them upon arrival for damage.
- Merchandise new and used vehicle inventory.
- Showcase aged or problem vehicles in the showroom.
- lot moves.
- Walk the entire lot for missing inventory.
- Check for vehicles in customer parking.
- Maintain and coordinate vehicle photos.
- Maintain a list of new vehicles in the demo rotation.
- Data entry.
- Research and claim spins (new car, accessory, etc.)
- Report new sales.
- Collect paperwork from sales staff.
- Assist with filing and organization for sales managers.
- Write up used vehicle purchases
- Write up used vehicle service POs
- Open POs
QualificationsEDUCATIONHigh school or GED equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license that meets dealership insurability requirements.
EXPERIENCENo prior experience is necessary. We will train as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to walk the sales lot and showroom to review inventory. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds on occasion. Must be able to push, pull, and reach with hands and arms. Must have close and distance vision. You must be able to type.
