Role: Industrial Mechanical Technician (Night Shift)

Position Overview:
We are seeking both full-time day and night shift Industrial Mechanical Technicians to join our Maintenance Department in Portland. This is a hands-on role requiring experience and proficiency in industrial machinery maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance programs; maintain detailed maintenance records
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications for equipment installations
- Install, inspect, replace, or repair electrical components and wiring
- Test electrical and electronic equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
- Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices
- Repair, install, and adjust industrial extrusion machinery
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including every other weekend as per rotating schedule (36 hours one week & 48 hours second week)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery
- Welding and Fabrication experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to handle physical demands of the job and be on-call if necessary
- Preferred experience with rigging, heavy equipment, and pipe threading
