This person will be responsible for working under the site superintendent/Lead PM
*Client Details*
My client serves the residential and commercial market of New Hampshire.
They are primarily hiring for candidates with Single Family Home experience as they are seeing major growth in this market, for high end, luxury homes in the Seacoast. These projects range from additions, renovations, and new construction. Projects range from $200k up to $1M.
They have also been growing in the commercial sector, with projects up to $5M- mill conversions, hospitality, and multi-family condos.

* Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project time lines
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross- functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution
* Contribute to budget management by monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and identifying cost saving opportunities
* Assist in procurement activities
* Prepare and maintain project documentation
* Report and communicate effectively with Project Manager

* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
* Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
* Strong literacy of MS Word and Excel
* Organization skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
