Overview
The Learning Management Systems Integrator will join a team of employees who are supporting the implementation of a new Navy Learning Management System (Waypoints) that is built within the Cornerstone Talent Experience Platform. The Integrator will work to support the mission of implementing a centralized learning management system to be used by Navy civilian employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to onboard new users to the Waypoints platform.
- Develop and refine an onboarding checklist that will be used by new organizational users of Waypoints.
- Establish and maintain test environments within Waypoints to support the onboarding process.
- Test new functionality in staging environments of Waypoints and provide feedback to the development team.
- Maintain a list of all tasks required by each onboarding organization that must be completed prior to going live.
- Create learning assignments and support development of learning curriculums for new users. This will include developing and delivering customized training sessions and hands-on workshops.
- Manage Waypoints system access permissions.
- Support development of written materials that will support usage of Waypoints by employees from across the Navy.
- Develop and deliver communications briefings to senior leadership on topics such as Waypoints implementation status and the benefits of using Waypoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Experience with Cornerstone required.
- Cornerstone certification preferred.
- Instructional Design experience preferred.
- 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Eligibility for Secret Clearance required.
- US Citizenship required.
