A legal services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a personable and versatile professional to join their growing team as their new Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and providing them with any necessary directions or information
  • Answering the main phone line for incoming phone calls and transfer calls as appropriate
  • Managing conference room scheduled meetings for the day
  • Receiving mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Setting up rooms for meetings, including serving refreshments to firm clients/guests attending meetings
  • Organizing all catering orders and attending to the needs of firm guests/clients
  • Performing other general office administrative tasks and clerical duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an Administrative and/or Clerical role
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Computer savvy
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, and/or Secretarial role
