They are currently on the lookout for a Refrigeration Service Technicians to work with blue chip clients such as Walmart, Amazon, Giant Foods, Whole Foods, and more.
Salary
$34-$45/hr commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Clean, adjust, and calibrate systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose malfunctions in refrigeration systems and components using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, provide detailed root cause analysis for client documentation.
- Test and ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment.
- Handle refrigerants safely and responsibly, adhering to environmental regulations and industry best practices.
- Perform leak detection and repair, as well as recharge systems with the appropriate refrigerants.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and hours spent.
- Provide detailed reports to clients and management regarding equipment status, recommended repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Provide technical assistance, training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their refrigeration systems.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Stay informed about industry safety standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
- Experience with supermarket refrigeration systems a plus
- Clean driving record with willingness to travel up to 2hrs
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate families
- Ability to participate in an on call schedule - not more frequently than one rotation per month.
