Key Requirements:
- years of experience independently building and deploying medium to large-scale software systems and components using .NET architectures.

- years of hands-on involvement in developing data-driven applications, incorporating significant relational database engines into the overall application structure.
- years of proficiency in constructing Windows/web-based software systems, employing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, scalable methodologies, and intricate security frameworks.
- with Microsoft operating systems and proficiency in at least two application, database, messaging, or web server systems.
- success in designing and implementing various software components and subsystems.
- communication skills to articulate software system design and implementation, including relevant strengths/weaknesses and rationale behind implementation decisions.
- ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff, as well as customers/stakeholders as required
