Practice Manager - Saint Joseph s Medical Practice, PC, Yonkers NY
Saint Joseph s Medical Center is seeking a full time Practice Manager for its Medical Practice, PC. As a member of the Leadership team, serves as a role model and leader to colleagues and staff throughout the Medical Practice. Promotes a culture that is positive, values individual strengths and is committed to optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities include:
Manages, Leads and Supports Staff in multiple offices
Daily physician and staff scheduling
Manages Human Resources
Benefits Administration
Credentialing
Payroll
Physician Liaison
IT Lead
eClinical Works EMR Practice Lead
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications Includes:
Minimum of 5 years of Medical Practice Management Experience
Experience:
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of eClinical Works EMR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent Communication, Leadership and Project Management Skills.
Expertise in Administrative and Clinical Workflow Processes, Development and Oversight.
