Key Responsibilities:
As an Organ Health Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include:
- A proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
- Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
- Becoming a local expert on technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
- Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
- Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
- Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
- Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans.
- Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.
- A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Compensation
- Base: $115k - $135k
- Commission: $65k uncapped.
- Total: $180k - $200k uncapped.
