Key Responsibilities:

As an Organ Health Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include:

  • A proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
  • Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
  • Becoming a local expert on technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
  • Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.


Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
  • Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
  • Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
  • Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.

Compensation

  • Base: $115k - $135k
  • Commission: $65k uncapped.
  • Total: $180k - $200k uncapped.
