**Description**
**Job Summary:**
Assist in the oversight of day-to-day operations in the E-Commerce department. Assume full responsibility of department operations in absence of E-Commerce Manager.
* Provides excellent customer service to both internal & external customers.
* Supervision of personnel in absence of E-Commerce Manager.
* Assists in the establishment of daily production goals.
Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.
Furthers the organizational commitment to triple bottom line results: integrating social, economic and environmental goals into thinking, planning and actions.
**Essential Functions:**
**Communication:** *Functions that pertain to various forms of interacting and collaborating with others.*
* Provides excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner to both internal & external customers in an effort to foster appropriate customer relations.

* Assists in the establishment of daily production goals for respective department and performs functions that include, but are not limited to: sorting, researching & pricing items for sale on marketplaces; photographing items & uploading pictures to computer; listing items for sale on on-line marketplaces; answering customer questions; packing & shipping items to customers; ordering office & shipping supplies; cleaning respective office as needed.

The ability to: sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift. Ability to push/pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
Criminal background check that meets Agency standards
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use digital camera and download pictures as necessary
Basic mathematical and computer skills
**1 year:** One year experience with similar merchandise or related business

Experience selling on E Bay
Experience with antiques
Experience in retail sales
